DAU TIENG LAKE
Dau
Tieng Lake is located on the way to Tay Ninh, Cao Dai
Great Temple, and Ba Den Mountain, 20 km from Tay Ninh.
The lake covers 27,000 ha and has a water reserve of
1,5 billion m3, irrigating Tay Ninh province as well
as neighboring provinces.
Dau
Tieng Lake’s beautiful landscape of mountains,
its mysterious islets, and its fresh and pure atmosphere
shall give visitors an agreeable feeling. Visitors shall
also appreciate the food specialties of the locality.

LONG AN LAKE
Located
near Tan Buu, 4 km from Bien Hoa and 25 km from Ho Chi
Minh City. Long An Lake is an artificial reservoir covering
an area of more than 10ha. Buu Phong Mountain is reflected
on the surface of the water, creating marvelous scenery
that often gives it the name of “Little Ha Long
Bay”.
On
the mountain is Buu Phong Pagoda built in 1676. Many
ancient relics are kept there, such as clothing dating
back to the Nguyen Dynasty and various Buddha vestiges.
Near
the pagoda is Long Dau Thach Grotto, meaning “Grotto
of the Stone Dragon Dead”.

BA OM POOL
Ba
Om Pool, also called Ao Vuong, lies in Ta Cu quarter
in Nguyet Hoa village. The pool, covering an approximate
area of 10 ha, lies along the National Highway 53,7
km southwest of Tra Vinh. The pool consists of limpid
and calm water surrounded with sand dunes. The air around
the pool is healthy and fresh.

BINH CHAU HOT SPRINGS
The
Binh Chau Hot Springs are located 70 km west of Vung
Tau. The water temperature reaches up to 80oC, good
enough to boil an egg in 10 minutes. Covering an area
of 1 sq. km, Binh Chau consists of many lakes and ponds
joined by an underground pool of mineral water.
The
hot water is used for its medicinal values; 73oC water
is led to pools for treatment of skin disease and rheumatism.
They
belong to a protected area that also features numerous
forests, coasts and lakes. Hotels and restaurants have
been built to accommodate visitors who go there for
health as well as recreational purposes.
